Reading the wagering
Bonus money first, cash after the wagering
This block settles what happens to the cash your spins land, and when it leaves the bonus wallet.
Slot-only wagering
Wagers only count on the slot running your spins, so on Wolf Gold every stake moves toward clearing the bonus; other titles count little or nothing, which stretches the work.
Your balance says bonus
Cash from spins lands in the bonus balance, not your cash balance, so it is spent and staked like bonus money until the wagering is finished in full.
A single claim to keep
Each person, household and device holds one set of the 15 SYNDILUCKY spins, and a duplicate claim voids the winnings, so keep to a single account.
You staking 45x the wins
Turnover sits at 45x on the 15 SYNDILUCKY spins, worked on the winnings from a 0.10 stake, which is why the small pot takes patience to clear.
Syndicate Casino spin maths
Work out the cash behind each spin offer
Multiply spins by their spin value, apply the slot RTP for an expected win, then put that win through the wagering. Figures are estimates; the table shows them.
Sets the order of registering, claiming and playing spins, so nothing expires while you look around.
Fewer delays at payout
Type the name, address and date of birth exactly as they appear on your passport or driver licence. Spins without deposit can be held until the phone number or identity is confirmed.
Activated late, gone
Open the bonus section in your account and enter the code, for example SYNDIDEP1. Activation days count from when the offer appears, not from when you first log in.
Which wallet counts?
Pay at least NZ$19 with a card, POLi or Paysafecard, skipping Skrill and Neteller. Spins tied to a deposit land once the payment clears, usually within minutes.
The right game, open
Load the named game, Wolf Gold or Tome of Madness, and play the spins at their set value. Spins only run on that slot, and the clock on their validity keeps ticking.
Five usual causes
Spins gone missing after you claimed
This block settles why a set of spins never showed up or vanished, and the fix for each case.
Unclaimed, then claimed
Spins sit in the bonus section until you click them, so an unopened counter shows nothing on the reels; open the account bonus tab and activate them there.
Wrong game loaded?
Spins only load inside the slot named in the offer, so launching Dead Or Alive 2 or another title shows an empty counter; go back to the exact game.
Eligible method next time
Skrill and Neteller payments do not qualify for the deposit offers, so spins never credit; the next deposit needs a card or another listed method.
You betting over the cap
Any bet above the maximum stake breaks the terms, and Syndicate Casino then voids whatever the wagering built; refund the balance and stay inside the cap.

Reader questions
Straight answers before you claim spins
Clears up whether you can hold two spin offers at once and where the cash goes.
trustWhat happens when I take both no deposit and welcome spins?+
Claim them one after the other, not at the same time. Clear the 15 SYNDILUCKY spins from Tome of Madness first, then deposit NZ$19 with SYNDIDEP1 for 192 Wolf Gold spins. A second live bonus usually blocks the first until its wagering is done.
trustWhen do winnings from these spins come without wagering?+
Not on any listed offer. The Tuesday Nitropolis 3 batch of 50 spins carries no wagering on the winnings, but only after a NZ$20 deposit, so the winnings are spendable once credited. Every other spin offer, including the 45x SYNDILUCKY set, must be turned over.
trustWhy should I verify my identity to unlock spins?+
Confirm your profile and you get 10 spins at NZ$0.20 on Wild Frames. Pass verification and another 10 spins land on Dead Or Alive 2. Both sets need 20x wagering within seven days, so you gain spins by finishing admin, not by depositing more.
trustHow long before spin value turns into real cash?+
Take the 192-spin welcome batch: NZ$0.20 a spin gives a nominal NZ$38.40, and at 96% RTP the average return is NZ$36.86. Those winnings are bonus money, so they must clear 33x before you see any of it. Expect variance, not a fixed payout.
trustWhy is my spin win still locked?+
Because the money arrives as bonus, the 33x wagering comes first, and your identity must be confirmed. Withdrawal requests then move at a typical seven minutes, from NZ$29 upward. Turning over a big win can take days at the NZ$10 cap per spin.
trustWhy does the licence number matter to a New Zealand player?+
The casino holds Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority license ALSI-401458, issued to Syndicate Casino LLC under company number 760657. Results are tested by iTech Labs and GLI, and the site runs 256-bit SSL. That licence is your first check before you deposit for spins.
You are still the one deciding
No spin set obliges you to deposit again or to keep playing. Set deposit limits, loss limits or a cooling-off period in your account whenever you want. Gambling Helpline New Zealand, The Problem Gambling Foundation and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take calls.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can pay in over a day, week or month, so a bonus never pulls more from your card.
Cooling-off period. Pauses your account for a stretch you choose, letting you step back without closing anything.
Self-exclusion. Shuts your account and marketing for a set term, and blocks the reels until the term ends.
